Cherokee coil springs and track bar

I have a set of Grand Cherokee front Coil Springs from Rubicon Express. They were from a 4.5 inch kit. I used the rear springs on my Grand and the track bar I have had laying around for a while. The track bar may need a new tie-rod end but other tan that it is in good shape.

What size of a lift is the trackbar for? Fit a Cherokee sport, not just a Grand?

I had read once that stock grand cherokee springs are a one inche lift for a XJ. so does that mean that a 4.5" lift for a Grand is really a 5.5" lift for XJ?? im not sure, but you might want to look into it
