Bushings for Rusty's Leaves and Shackles

Hey guy, I know this has been beat to death, but i wanted to see if i could get some answers regarding the bushings.

I think I've got it down for the leaf bushings, I'm about to order these:

Instead of these:

So, I'll save some cash there and get the bushings with the outside metal sleeves.

But i cant seem to find any info on the shackle bushing.

i called up rusty's and they pointed me to this:

$24+$16(shipping) for 2 bushings, poly w/metal sleeves.

Does anyone have any experience with the rustys shackles? Or have an alternate part number for these?
