Stock Wagoneer Dana 44 is 1" narrower than a Dana 30 at 59.4" wide.

With an 8.8 it's just about perfect.

hmmmm....that sounds like the 'narrow track' which is the passenger drop.

The drivers drop 'wide track' should be 60.5" (or so off the top of my head).

Yup, looks like WMS-WMS is 61". I stand corrected.

Perfect with an 8.8 and adapters.

So this axle is 60.5" (ish) which works great on an XJ. (not the narrower number mentioned above).

Yes I still have it, and it is locked. It is set up for leaf springs. It came out from under a SAS 96 Tacoma.
