Brand New DieHard Platinum Battery

Brand new, never been used, AGM style/maintenance-free DieHard Platinum, sticker is dated 05-2014. Two terminals/dual posts available if you want to hook up another set of cables for accessories or what not. P4/Group 34, a little big but fits my XJ fine.

Full retail is $229.99 plus tax, but will take $160 cash or paypal (to friends/family)


They are supposed to be a "4 year battery" with full replacement warranty, and come recently recommended by your fellow Jeepers*. I'll be honest and say I haven't been that happy with these, but other people have. Supposed to be "Odyssey Rebranded"** and Odyssey's are "the shit"

i run this battery in big bird, very happy with it

let it sit dead for a few months and it wouldnt come back, no hassle free replacement at sears after 3 yeras.

Pretty good BATTERY! I have two in my diesel van. I took a crap but I bought them when they had 5 year full replacement no longer available but it was replaced after 4 years because of purchase date. If I remember correctly they are 8 year limited!

They are for sure not 8, but 4. Says in the second pic.

If this isn't gone already, I'd consider taking it. I can use as a storage battery for my container, when I get my solar setup.

I'd just need to figure out how to get it to the LA area before Thanksgiving. Deliver to Goatfest?

FYI folks get it to me and I can get it to David. Or keep it for myself because I've been damn tempted to buy this to replace the little Jeep's slightly weak battery (but would probably make a great bunker battery!).

That's on Saturday, I was referring to Sunday. There's two days in a weekend. That's a whole 48 hours of drinking opportunity. 24 beers in a case, 24 hours in a day. S**t just got real yo. Wait, Ive never bought any beer that came in more then a 6 pack. I take that back, I bought a case of beer once. It was like $200 though.
