They are. He's referring to the ring gear size for the axle. 8.25" is a Chrysler axle.

Obvious in hind site, i was grasping at straws thinking he might have the wrong size (match) wheel cylinders. Tunnel vision.

That's the write up I used. I had to pull the washers/spacers from behind the booster to get brakes to work safely
