Blower Motor & Blinkers Go out same time HELP!!

I had the wires melt onto the exhaust pipe so that when I shifted to reverse, the fuse blew (after awhile the motor started to stall too)

Before or after the fuse block? Or both?

Before the fuse block I think, unless you bypass the fuse block with a new fuse system or new inline fuses like I did.
