blocks, shims and MJ shackles

I have some 1.5 " lift blocks and a set of stock MJ shackles which if I remember right will give 1/2" above stock XJ ones. Also have a few angle shims, some crappy cast aluminum ones and some nice 6 degree solid steel ones from Tom Woods.
