Axle side UCA bushings

Ok. First things first:

2001 XJ sport, 4.0L I6, AT, 4WD. Upper control arms are RC xflex arms.

I need to replace my axle side upper control arm bushings. I am interested in using the Synergy Mfg Dual Durometer bushing. First off, I'm not sure which size I need. Can anyone direct me to where I can find sizing of the OEM bushings? Also does anyone have experience with these bushings? Are they any good?

look on rockauto and napaonline, they'll give parts detail, possibly including the sizing

FWIW, the Moog bushings have worked well for me
