Rory-RADesigns Products: I now make an upgrade kit for the Winters #607-1 AW4 trans shifter. I added micro switches so you can have all 4 gears controlled electrically as well as mechanically. The secret to it all 4 gears is in the 3 position when moving the shift lever from left to right you get 4th gear when the lever contacts the third switch.
