There was a time when I'd just oil the cage to keep it from rusting, but after the last rains out here and the resulting mud run ( 
) there were a few more reasons to step up to the plate and do some finish work.
I was in a rush to finish it up last summer and there are a number of unfinished items that were in need of some attention. Exta sheet metal and lame mounting for the rear bumper.
Although not completly finished (there will be a different spring hanger) I welded on the bumper, dumped some junk, and got a fresh coat of paint!
Although this picture doesn't show the new tie in work, it does show some pimpin' action!
