99 rotor sizing?

I know 99 was the year they started switching rotor's out. What I found last night was my brake grinding on the driver side. When I pulled it apart I found someone put two flat washers behind the rotors on every stud, and it was rubbing on the bottom edge of the brake pad onto the rotor. How do I determine what size rotor I need and the hub bearing assembly?

I get a good discount from advance and I'm looking at the Wagner brand.

Do yourself a huge favor and buy Timken hubs. Cheap hubs are cheap for a reason and seldom last very long.
