Ok, so jeeps been shutting off occasionally while driving. But just starting in neutral and it would just fire up and keep running.( while rolling down the road).
Well yesterday morning it did shut off again, but this time I had to hold the key in the on position to keep it from shutting off.
Replaced the switch,( I smelled something burnt) and it was the switch. After new switch it fixed it, although it seemed like a I had to turn the key harder to crank.
Ran fine till this evening, shut it off. Went to leave and now it won't crank. All lights come on, fuel pump comes on, but starter won't engage.
Just got a ride home, I'll be going through my Haynes manual and grabbing tools to go mess with it in the AM.
Any suggestions would be helpful!
Thanks, Sean
