I cut out the fenders some more. The Bushwackers will mount up even with the hood now.

quick question about your cowl induction. did you make that mounting plate to the firewall or did you buy it? if you bought it where did you buy it from? that's a clean looking install of it man...

I cut down and re en forced the trans cross member and lifted the exhaust.

I was, when the tail pipe was first built. That was over a year ago and I haven't noticed any issues with the Toyo.

I went and hogged out the rear quarter panel and re mounted the battery

Redid the front bumper

Twash a little more involved than that.

The front clip needed re enforcement. I used some fiber glass and steel rod. The front clip bolts to the bumper as well.

Built a new rad radiator support.

Notched it out for winch clearance.

Tied inner fender to the rad support.

Added a grill for cooling.

Got tires. Still chugging along. This is ride height.

Re worked the hood and added some more tube. Almost ready for a trail ride.
