2012 build plans?

Getting started on the jeep again, my son has been bugging me to take him out in it.

Have it torn down, here is the plan:

Clean mud off of everything.
Need longer rear shocks, through floor and mount to cage cradle.
Replace anything with a bearing on the front of the motor: water pump, pulleys, etc...
Have a better top made for it.
Add some tube steps/tree rails to the rockers.
Finish tailgate and tonneau cover.
Replace fenders, for the 3rd time. Making some changes to them this time.
May make another hood for it.

Rough country.....
Rusty's. I've seen a 3" Rough Country leaf pack sag immediately. Thing went flat. Of course they have excellent customer service so they sent out another set right away. Though they're the identical, the owner hasn't put them on fearing they aren't going to fix the problem.

My leaf packs from Rusty's are fawking awesome! Plus they offer you 2 different spring rates for their front coils.

Their springs are fine, i agree but the rest of the stuff is lacking in the actually use it offroad department. The main reason i said RC was because of the warranty.

Control arms, track bar, all that stuff. THey have gotten better over the years but i'd still go with RC, then again thats just my opinion, don't have to listen to me! :D

Search some reviews on the Rustys track bar before buying. I would go with TNT Customs or Rough Country personally.

I've had Rustys HD adjustable track bar since Nov. 03, had to replace the bushings once. Just last week I replaced the threaded end because I slacked on maint. & the jam nuts came loose. Got the fixed UCA & LCA at the same time. Still have the uppers, swapped the lowers to adjustable in 09. YMMV.

95: On board air, better gear storage, Idk. Whatever comes along.

97: Things to make it prettier. Hi Country tow brackets. Whatever comes along.
