Strongly considering selling my ZHP, want to get into something with a little more power. I have an excel sheet documenting what I have for receipts that I can send to any interested parties.

Car:
-ZHP package, Leather, HK system (business CD, no nav), Xenon’s, 6MT, 151xxx miles, sunroof, silver cube trim. Have original window sticker and a book of receipts from myself and previous owners. One of around 800 built like this for 2004.
-I believe I am the 4th owner (I do have an Autocheck report), car started its life in FL, then CT for a bit, then NJ. Car wasn’t driven in the winters according to the PO. I bought in November 2014 with 127xxx on it. Next to no rust on the car, underside is super clean. I thoroughly enjoy the car, it’s been ultra reliable, just would like something that’s a little more of a toy.

Modifications:
-Rogue Engineering underdrive pulleys, correct length Continental belt
-Jim Conforti Shark Injector tune
-AFe Stage 1 intake
-35% tint all around
-BMW short shift kit with new weighted ZHP knob
-Flat black kidneys
-Lighting upgrades included smoke R/C/R tails, clear corners and side markers, and a Xenon retrofit with TFX projectors and angel eyes from Lightwerkz ($615 for headlights alone).
-BMW rough road plates for front strut towers

Maintenance:
By previous owners:
-Belt/tensioner in 2009
-Water pump in 2009, new expansion tank in 2010
-Valve cover gasket in 2010
-Trans and diff fluid serviced in 2010
-Various suspension bushings replaced
-VANOS repair done with Beisan kit in 2010
-DISA valve replaced, O2 sensors, fuel filter, replaced in 2011
-New rear tires 2013
By myself:
-Post purchase inspection by German Performance Services, Allston, MA in November 2014. Issues noted were valve cover gasket leak, dampness around rear differential seals and oil filter housing gasket, undertray cover missing, radiator hose should be replaced after VCG done as a precautionary measure, front grill not secured in bumper correctly. Rear subframe inspected and found no issues, cooling system examined, no issues with suspension or clutch- car was taken for thorough test drive by shop owner.
-Mobil 1 0W-40 and Mann filter every 7500 miles
-Cabin air filter
-NGK plugs
-Both front wheel bearings, dust caps, seals replaced
-Idler pulley
-Power steering flush
-Reverse light switch
-Trans fluid replaced with synthetic Redline MTF
-Differential fluid replaced synthetic Redline gear oil
-Brake fluid flushed and system bled, Pentosin Super DOT4 fluid
-A/C tensioner replaced, new Continental A/C belt

Issues:
-Under tray engine cover is missing
-Front bumper has two cracks along bottom edge, front grill is not secured correctly and needs a repaint.
-Rock chips on bumper/hood/A pillars- probably due for a respray on at least these panels
-Minor wear on the outside bolsters of both front seats, no tears and leather is in good shape otherwise.
-Wheels have minor rash, one of the rears has a small crack on the inside edge of one lip, still holds air and functions fine. Noticed it when I took the wheels off to wash and wax them. Very common for these to crack, sadly.
-Suspension appears to be OEM and I do not have any records for struts being done, probably due for a replacement, but there are no clunks/strange noises/etc.
-One ding on rear D/S fender arch- body is straight otherwise. Could probably be pulled by a PDR tech.

Needs:
-First stages of rust on D/S A pillar right along windshield seam. Should be repaired soon, probably should be worked in with a respray of the front end.
-Front tires are almost done, probably 20% left, plus they have a little bit of choppy wear that started before I did wheel bearings.
-Valve cover gasket leaking. Have parts and will replace at next oil change if car does not sell first, and will likely do the OFHG at the same time. Doesn’t leak more than ½ a quart or so every 7500 miles, so it’s not a horrible leak, just needs attention.

Uninstalled extras available for additional cost:
-AC Schnitzer Type III 19x8.5 wheels, full set, very nice shape.
-Dsport 17x8.5 wheels, 16 pounds a wheel, one wheel has minor lip damage, painted orange, come with some mediocre tires on them.
-Dinan strut tower brace
-Dinan long tube CAI
-M3 footrest, BMW performance pedals (footrest used, pedals new in box)
-BMW roof rack cross bars
-Reinforced rear upper shock mount kit from ECS
-Various new suspension bushings, stock lights, etc

Looking for $9200 or b/o

ACS wheels are sold, new tires going on the 17" D Sport wheels either today or tomorrow, factory wheels will be included in sale.
