Hey XJers, my beloved 1997 XJ, the Joker, was totalled back in March. Some asshole ran a stop sign and tboned me, on the front right passenger wheel wel, and now the Joker is salvaged.
I'm putting him up here for anyone who is looking for OEM parts. I'm keeping the engine, it may be damaged so rather then having someone mad at me, I figured this would be a perfect project to learn how to remanufacture one.
Also, I have parts from my new 2000 XJ, the Thief, which you're welcome to bid on as well. All OEM, per the Form
For the rest the whole Joker is up for grabs!
Some things which might interest you:
+head unit (with cd player, and all the other bells and whistles)
+transmission (4wd)
+rear axle, the Chrysler one with ABS
+window regulators, windows
+waterpump
+thermostat
+exhaust and cat
+all electronic components
+a overhead console I never installed
+and moreee

-radiator
-battery
-front axle casing
-front body panels (fenders, side panels, hood, etc)
-fan clutch and assembly
-front passenger wheel assembly (brakes, calipers, ball joints, etc)
-windshield is brand-new but has a scratch in it (or intense paint stripe?)
-front doors have slight warpage
