    The summer of George

Yeah you can drive to Alaska. If you have ever had a OUI/DUI/DWI your not going to be allowed into Canada without special permission though. www.98Jeepzj.com.. plenty of Alaska wheeling pics and videos on my site. www.akextreme4x4.com is the club I was with.. www.alaska4x4network.com is the...

    Long arm Length

I'd imagine it depends where you put the mount for the control arm. Mine are 36" if that helps you.

    Steering Gearbox

You can't just adjust that top screw if you want to do an adjustment. That will just mess up the box even more. PSC 621MR box is around $325. That's what I run. I love it.

    cleaning spark plug threads...

I don't understand why you want to "clean" the threads? What's the problem with it right now? If the plugs thread in without problems it's good.

Check your ball joints and the unit bearings. It looks like you have too much toe in on that pic. Maybe it's just me?

    cleaning spark plug threads...

If you have a good tap and die set, you shouldn't need thread chasers. Now what's the problem with your spark plug holes, did you strip one? Keep in mind little metal shavings that you make with cleaning those thread will fall into the cylinder. So if you don't need to do it, don't.

    Weekend Shopping List

I just use a 3" pneumatic angle grinder with a 3M pad. Takes a few seconds to clean up whatever. Only around $90 and worth every penny IMO.

    Weekend Shopping List

Yeah, why do you need half that stuff? chaning the water pump, radiator, belt and pulleys? All that is wrong at the same time? Also, I'm not sure on the XJs, but I don't think you need a belt wrench. They are great on Fords with teh auto-tensioner.... is there an auto tensioner on teh XJs...

    LCA Bolts

Yup, 14mm is a hair smaller than 9/16". Just to say. Now the RK Joints should be 9/16". I know the Currie Johnny joints are. Not hard to take a 9/16" drill bit, run it threw the hole on the mount to enlarge it just the bit it needs. 14mm bolts are expensive compared to 9/16".

    dana 30 ??

    wtf gives??

HUH? You don't pry on a "pickle fork". You use a BFH, and hit the end, driving the tapered part of the fork further between the TRE and the mount. Use the tools properly... they work alot better that way.
