ok heres the deal
i had installed a new belt because my water pump locked up and ruined the old one. i havent driven this thing for months because i hate changing belts. i had simply changed the pump and put the old belt on again it looked ok.
so a bit later the thing disintegrates and tears up...

ok heres my symptom, it feels like the air valve isnt moving at all. i also have the secondary air bypass passage blocked off.
when its cold out it idles too low and often stalls, id say it idles 200 rpm or so, until engine warms up. when its wared up id say it idles at 1500-1600 rpm, again...

problem is large large slack shifting from forward to reverse, and its in the transfer case. it also makes grinding noise on engine braking in 2wd. you can see it has run low on fluid before. chain...
hi currently i have a 1 1/16 bore master from some 79 ford truck and its ok but i think a 1" would be better suited for my needs. the stock one didnt push enough fluid and bottomed out easily for me. right now its allright but id like to try a happy medium.
i would like to just bolt this up...

brake pedal is firm, but can still, with great effort, bottom...
i have a slight miss. this just started yesterday. it really doesnt want to start easily. spark plugs look spot-on. its really bad from 2.8-4000 rpm when driving. at idle its smooth but can be heard from the exhaust. also when i was reving it parked i heard a small backfire in the intake once...
looking for some brake pads that are better than the rest. I have the stronger engine so naturally I drive it harder than it was meant to be driven.

I need the cat converotr flange when I bought my jeep it was hacked and the flange has almost no metal left and was welded to an aftermarket cat. its a 4 bolt square flange.
I have the 8.8 with the ford hose and it just fits, theres no room for any articulation off road. I want to install braided lines all around, and this looks like it wont be an off the shelf part. Id like to order the rear line just the same as it is in an explorer but 8" longer perhaps
