Does anybody know of someone that manufactures direct bolt-in rear D44 axle assemblies for XJs? G2 makes front and rear for TJs, and I guess it's just a happy coincidence for them that the mounting for everything in the front is the same as the XJ, but I haven't been able to locate anybody who...

I know you said everything else in the column works fine, but just so it's specific... The hazard flashers work the way they're supposed to? The hazard switch tends to be a common problem point. That would be my first guess, but there's a chance the turn signal switch is on the fritz too.

I put a grill guard on mine not too long ago, and I'm pretty sure two hooks would mount in the same fasion. Basically, the guard mounts to brackets that slipped between the bumper mounts and the subframe rails, which of course required removing the bumper mount bolts. You can get away with...

I had to pull the PS bracket off when I did mine, as well. Got a few good swings with a hammer, and it finally loosened up. The old gasket had pretty much become one with the block... Took forever to get it all off.

Broke all 4 of mine, just drilled and re-tapped. Been holding since May - kinda wished I'd just punched out the old nuts though.
