I'll reiterate what I said in another thread. I have the ESAB 215ic and I love it.
It seems like it fits the bill for what you're looking for. It's 220 but runs on 110 as well, so you have a lot of flexibility.
I have an ESAB as well and would highly recommend it. I've only had it for about 2 years now so I can't attest to its longevity beyond that, but so far I've put quite a few hours on it and it's worked flawlessly.
Plus it's an American company, and I like that :us:
Just to vouch for the sale, I have this exact 4 wheeler, and it's one of the best machine's I've ever owned. As reliable as a rock. To this day, it still amazes me that even after sitting for an entire season, I turn on the key and TAP the starter and it fires right up and purrs like a kitten. I...
It's supposedly a hotter spark. Hence, performance upgrade. Not that I think you stand to gain much by upgrading the ignition on a mostly stock motor with an already good ignition system. But it can't hurt.
LOL, you're right! My bad, Talyn. But my point remains.
Argue with the data sheet?
I've got some on the way. I don't have a lumen-o-meter, but I have an SLR and know how to use it. So at least I can get some apples to apples comparison pics.
Look, I realize you're super sensitive about this subject, considering how much time and money you've dumped into your projector set up, but don't go finding reasons to trash the idea when you don't know much about it.
First of all, like I said, one of those led's can put out 2200 lumens, easy...
You do realize that 85*C is 185*F, right?
Also, do you realize that the bulbs in question are using TWO led's per bulb?
And if you read the data sheet, you would see that those numbers are at .35amp. At ~40 volts they would be putting out 2200 lumens... each. Oh, and that number is at 85* C...
Reminds me of this.
Definitely don't question this guy's cut of pig.

The president and CEO of Skyjacker Suspensions has gone on record as saying that they support Phil and will continue to sponsor Duck Dynasty. I've never been a big fan of Skyjacker products, but I will say, they do look better now.
And maybe I've just grown up around very "crude" people, but...
First of all, I'm curious if anyone else here at NAXJA has partaken in the genomic testing service offered by 23andMe. I have, and it was worth every penny. I've spent hours looking over my results, especially the ancestry portion of the results. Turns out, my dad is in the 99th percentile for...
Really. And on top of that, I've never seen any of my 4.0 friends' e-fans fail either. It happens, obviously, but in my experience they're very reliable.
You mean the e-fan shroud grenaded? Cause I've broken every single mechanical fan shroud that I've tried to remove, but I've never broken the e-fan shroud, since it pretty much stays with the fan.
Another reason to consider factory e-fans, is reliability. I've never had one fail. So, for the...
Not trying to start a huge argument or anything but does anyone know any actual science on extracting heat?
I'm just wondering how much it even matters how "hard" the fan blows versus moving air across as much of the radiator as possible. IE, sealing the fan shroud against the radiator so...
^ This is what I'm saying.
For whatever reason people seem to enjoy talking about the 00-01's like they're garbage. They're not. Especially if you don't mind putting the least amount of work into them, like Kastein said. Swap out the head and the front axle (if it really bothers you that much)...
Microballoons for insulation? I'm doing the same thing, but painting the outside with it. I'm using Liner Xtreeme (a two part poly-urethane) and Hy-Tech's ceramic additive. I was just curious what you've heard about the effectiveness of the ceramic "micro-spheres".
I've always worried about wheel/tire weight both on my Jeep and my car. That's because each pound added to the wheel/tire combo is equivalent to adding ~1.7 pounds in overall weight.
At just 10 pounds difference per tire, that's equivalent to 68 pounds of extra weight you're carrying around...
