I have a '95 xj. Has anybody tracked down a replacement diaphragm for the vacuum controlled purge valve on the top of the charcoal canister? I looked in the parts manual but it appears as a complete sub-assembly.

So sometimes I have to give the dash a thump to get the Speedo and tacho to work, rarely one will work and the other will not. Have tried dielectric grease on the instrument cluster connector. I believe it’s relatively common problem just can’t find the fix. Any ideas?
