check with your favorite xj 4x4 parts people and get a kit to convert your closed cooling system to an open one. As some of you have stated the closed system xj's are very common to develop your same over heating (air pocket) problem. I think Quadra Track sells em and there not to expensive?
If your springs are saging to the point that they are bottoming out with a light lode ("two adults in the back and some camping gear") I would replace the packs. It has little to do with your shocks.
Yes they deserve it. Maybe i will have to find somewhere to wheel that has gray (wast-water) water holes to romp through. eww. Not that i want that shLt on my jeep.

Ya, you get what you pay for. If you do order from Rustys I have one peice of advise. Give him your messurement from axle end to frame end. If you let him talk you into buying a TB bassed off of lift height you will most likely get a TB too short or long. As all XJ's and lifts are diffrent.
Your other option is to call up Rusty and give him your messurements for a new bar without the frame side bushing end (use the one you have). I am running with his Hd bar like the one you have and have not had any problems with it. That will save you the grinding and you know it will...
