Ok, The A/C is on full blast in the vents pointing towards the face. While driving, the vents switch to defrost?? Obviously a vacuum issue, but how do i solve as it only does it while driving and not at idle. I think I might be missing some hair over this one. Thanks:banghead: Scott

I just picked up a rear speaker bar for my 94 4.0 with RE 3.5. Where is the best place to splice into. Is there are harness in the back somewhere? Any ideas as I was told these are a hard to find, or going obsolete pretty quickly type Jeep thing?

Okay search Nazi's I looked. I decided on the A-pillar pod set up for my temp gauge and trans temp gauge and I was curious who makes a white face gauge in the 2 1/16" flavor? I'm not gonna spend 900.00$ for auto-meter(over-rated). Any ideas and I did find the pod at Jegs.com for somewheres...

Maybe I didn't look hard enough, and feel free to tell me, but WHERE THE HELL IS A WRITE UP ON THIS? The install for the sensor and the gauge? Where is it?? I bypassed my my rad cooler when I swapped rad's and now i think i need a trans cooler, and gauge. Any ideas?

Can someone tell me what the variance resistance formula is for the temp sending unit on the 4.0 L out of a 94 XJ? Must find this so I can fix my cluster. Anyone?

Think I figured out the overheating issue. I don't think my aux. fan is working. any ideas on how to check. Is using a jumper wire the best method? If it's not the fan, is there a relay? If so, where is it? 94 XJ 4.0

My 94 XJ 4.0 has 150k on it. There are no exhaust, engine, or drivetrain mods. Is there anything worth doing to my jeep as it is my DD and sees the trail about 4 times a month. It has a RE 4.5 with 31x10.50 15's. Any ideas or should I leave it as is? Just curious.

I've got a 94 xj 4wd 4.0 with the AW4. I've got a RE 4.5 that started to sag, so I corrected the rear with 2" shackles. Do I need to worry about my driveline angle? Is there anything to be concerned about??? Thanks.

It takes 15-20 miles for my 94 to get warm, and blow hot air through the cab. Any ideas how to expedite that process? Somebody mentioned the t-stat. Somebody mentioned the heater core? Any advice? Thanks all XJ'ers

Driver side rear door. Lower half of the door skin has a center punch. Can I pull the door panel off and pop the dent myself. 94 XJ with no trim package. ?? looks like shit. Need fixed soon.:helpme:

HEY GUYS, JUST DID THE REAR MAIN YESTERDAY AND FOR SOME REASON, THE OIL PRESSURE SEEMS TO NOT FLUCTUATE ANY WHERE NEAR AS MUCH AS BEFORE I DID THE RMS. ANY PARTICULAR REASON???? ANY IDEAS??? I DID A DASH SWAP ABOUT 4K AGO AND IT WORKED FINE?? :wow:

Can I use straight shackles with a poly bushing at the top side to compensate for the leaf springs when using shackles as jeep shackles are curved? Any ideas? need to get another inch bfore I'm happy with my XJ. Also, spacers for the front coil? Again, I only need 1" before i'm content...

Do i have to pull the trans to replace the rear main in my 94 XJ with the aw 4 or will the top seal roll right in without removing it?
