I have a '96 XJ with a 4.0L engine and auto trans. The engine stalls when I'm stopping from slow speed driving, under 20 MPH. No problem when I'm driving at on the road speed. Any Ideas??

I have a '96 XJ w/4.0L engine and AW4 auto trans. When I slide the climate control lever to the heat position the fan doesn't work, but when I slide it to any other position the fan works fine. Is there some kind of relay that is bad or what??
