Not an expert here but check out those huge boggers on there.....they are really heavy tires, I bet they were a big part of the problem.

There is a pretty bad crimp in one of my steel cooler lines and I have been searching for a couple of hours to find where I can order a new set of hard lines (with rubber hoses crimped on end). Bolting them on myself would beat hell out of labor costs. Any links are appreciated. Thanks

Thanks guys...I got my fob for my 97 off ebay for 20 bucks shipped, dealer programmed it today for 30 and now it beeps when I lock it. Yay for me.

No....THE WHOLE, ENTIRE, COMPLETE, driveshaft including the pinion flange on the rear end FREELY turns 1/8 rotation OR MORE when the transfer case is in NEUTRAL. There is most definitely, positively, irrefutably slack in the REAR differential as stated above.

I gotta do something about my D35 that has a lockright locker in it. I get the cluck but its not from u-joints. If I park on level ground and put the t-case in neutral I can turn the driveshaft about 1/8 a turn. The rearend has some slack in it from the locker I'm guessing. I didnt install...

Man I hate RTV too. Last time I changed my diff fluid I used red RTV and it looked like it was gushing blood when I bolted it down. I think a drain plug on my diff would save me way more than 15 minutes of time. Hell I spent 15 minutes cleaning off the old RTV......Oh and im glad Gravel...

Probobly a 27 spline then (95). I think you can upgrade it to 29spline with 29 spline axles and a new carrier (29 spline chrysler 8.25 approaches the dana 44 in strength).

It sounds like it may be a pinion seal or the seal @ the T-case to me. Although I didn't read it toooo close since I was wierded out cause of the centered text.

I tried a 180 degree t-stat once and all it did was kill my milage as my ecu stayed in "start up" or "cold mode" (or whatever mode) longer. Makes your heater suck for that first 10-15 minutes of driving on a cold morning too. Put that T-stat money towards a tow strap!
