I'm looking for some place to pick up a few mandrel bent exhaust pieces. I probably need a couple of 2 1/2" 45s to start with. The parts stores I have visited just had the non-mandrel crimped/crushed tubes. I figured that would be about all I would find at most exhaust shops too.
Thanks,
Willy
For two years! I suggest she lay off the all meat and cheese diet. Is this where Ba-Riedo's girlfriend has been hiding?

I'm looking for a company or advice/guidance to help out with a couple of projects.
Project #1
I want to add to our concrete driveway for extra parking and access to the double gates for the trailer in the back yard. It will probably be a little wider than a normal one lane driveway and the...
Any recommendations for a local driveshaft shop? I need to get a shaft shortened. It would be cool if there was one in Kent but I don't mind going to Seattle or Tacoma either. Even better if they don't want the year, make, model. :D
Thanks,
Willy
Has anybody ever heard of a dually MJ? This is the first I've ever seen of one. Were these some Jeep prototype?

Sorry about the delay. I finally uploaded my pics. We took last week off to travel around Southern Utah and Arizona before coming home. Plus my home computer died so I've been uploading pics at work whenever I had some spare time.
I put each trail in a separate album. If you click on the...
I have been searching the options that are out there for steering correction and have found a lot of good info here in past threads. I currently have about 7-7.5" of lift and need something that will prevent my tie rod ends from binding, give good clearance, and is strong of course. I found...
Does bypassing the NSS on 97+ XJs with the AW4 do bad things to the computer?
I just bought a 98/4.0/AW4. It was raining a few days ago and decided not to start when I first turned the key. I played with the gear shift a little bit, moving it to N then back to P, and it finally started. This...
My 94 4.0 XJ has been totalled and I am now in the process of looking for a new XJ. All of my lift, bumper, rock sliders, etc. were not damaged in the accident, so I am going to switch everything I can over to another XJ.
I have been trying to find a 91 - 96 in descent shape with less than...

I picked up a 20 lb CO2 tank and need to hook up my regulator to it. They both have 3/4" male ends. Can I use a regular black 3/4" union to hook them together that I picked up at Tractor Supply? Or, do I need to get the brass fittings? Didn't know if the non brass union would hold up to the...
I found a few threads about cutting and folding the rear quarter panels. I noticed that a few people welded it back together. I would like to do the same thing, but looking at the driver's side has me a little worried about welding so close to the gas tank filler. Did anybody have any...
What's a rough estimate of how many times I can air up 4 32" tires from 15 to 25 psi with a 10 gallon air tank? Who sells air tanks bigger than 10 gallons? I have checked the local Lowe's, Wal-Mart, and Tractor Supply and 10 gallons seems to be the biggest.
Thanks,

I have made the change of hooking up a switch to the wire that controls the transmission computer's ability to shift. So that I can lock the transmission in first gear when descending hills, etc. I think(?) the same can be done to control the lockup of the torque converter.
This would allow...
Does anybody know of any Austin area 4WD clubs? I just moved to the area from KC and had to leave my four wheeling buddies behind. :( Need to find some more four wheelers before I start to suffer from withdrawal. :looney: I know Katemcy Rocks isn't too far away. Anyone know of any other...
