It could be a bad connection. My 98 ZJ does the same thing. I usually reach under the glove box, there is a harness there, and when I move it the blower motor comes back on. I hit a good bump the other day and it came back on. I have looked at it, but could not find the problem yet.
I am cleaning out my yard and have some wheels to sell or trade. $10 steel. $25 alloy. I would prefer that you pick them up, or shipping is on you. I did not clean them because if there is no interest, I will be scrapping them. Thanks, Ken.

Your town has some harsh rules. Here is the ordinance. Maybe you can get the exemption, or just register and insure it. Then it would not be abandoned.

It sounds like the fuel is draining back to the tank. Cycle the key on and off a few times, listening for the fuel pump to come on and turn off. Then try to start it. This builds up the fuel pressure. It works for me, hope this helps.
You can replace the sockets that the bulb goes into. The circuit board is part that the sockets go into. It is not a separate piece. If you buy a new lamp assembly and it does not come with the sockets, buy new ones. Part number 4676589. This is for 99-04 WJs. The 05 and up WKs you are on you own.
Only the early production ones. Just look underneath and you can tell by the transmission pan, or get the vin and have your freindly dealer run the options list.
