Hey guys, just wanted to share some info. I'm swapping a 5.3L into my 1988 Comanche buggy. And with the Novak mounts it makes life easy (but expensive)... To save some money you can find stainless headers on Ebay that will work. But it's often risky and hard to figure out which ones will fit...

I'm installing a 5.3L Vortec out of a 2000 Silverado. I have the Novak motor mounts, but wondering what header? Im not spending $400-500 on Novak headers. Does anyone have a part number or model of header that will get me close?

I have an aftermarket Flex a lite cooling fan, but the problem the the arrow on the fan shows the fan blade is supposed to spin CLOCKWISE. The water pump pulley, where it mounts... TURNS COUNTER CLOCK WISE. Is this correct? The water pump pulley is supposed to spin conter clock wise?
