I installed the Durango box a year ago, and kept the stock pitman arm. I just recently upgraded to one ton steering and bought a new pitman arm (reamed out for the link). Both pitman arms didn't slide up all the way onto the splined pitman shaft. It seems like there is enough thread for the nut...
Like usual I just couldn’t stop, ran the reamer a little too deep on my knuckle, then did it again on the other side. So I cut some copper tubing and used it like a bushing so the TRE’s would seat better. What’s the worst that could happen? I figure I’ll know if it wears and gets loose. Right?
