    Jeep Cherokee WIKIPEDIA

Check out the first paragraph of the Jeep Cherokee Wikipedia site. I knew I felt good about owning a Cherokee for SOME reason :firedevil

    42s w/ re 5.5

Well, divide 42 by 2, you get 21. From the center of your hub, grab a tape measure, and see where 21" touches the body while moving it in a clock-wise fashion. That way you can always figure out what size tire you can fit combined with the amount of cutting you are willing to do. But lemmy tell...

    Gilmer July 13-15

I'll give it a shot to find a trailer by then, and the time off. I've been dieing to get out, and I suppose Gilmer wouldn't be so bad if a few XJ's head out there.

Spanish XJ driver gets creamed by on-coming traffic.

The announcer isn't saying anything too interesting. Imagin that you're watching the world's wildest police chases, and it's essentially the same.

    Wanted to show it off

Lookin good Sam. I'm always right behind ya, I just upgraded to some 36 sx's, and I'm thinking of doing a bit of chopping myself. Maybe not as extensive as you, but sort of like a truck rear end. I busted both rear pieces of glass, so I might as well, right?

    Another xj on full widths.

It's better to be safe that assume those four bolts will not break. Most guys choose to go with more mounting points for the control arms, even though you've added frame stiffeners. If you can, expand upon the mounting points for the cross member, and it'll be a much safer rig in the end.

looking to convert from 4wd to 2wd

If I were you, I would swap out the front axle, remove the driveshaft from the tcase, and run it as is. You wouldn't save that much weight by removing the tcase, which is only around 60lbs or so. Plus, if you ever come into a situation where you need extra pulling power, you'd still have the...

    4 Boggers and Wheels

I've got the boggers on my trail jeep for sale. Basically brand new, tons of tread left, and some slight rock rash. I wouldn't recommend these for a street jeep, as they are LOUD, and impossible to balance. I had about 4 runs on these tires, with some city driving, but nothing more than about...

coil spring stop on base plate?

On the coil bucket, you will see that you can only rotate the spring a certain amount before it stops. The end of the coil will eventually get to a low point where it will stop spinning, which will be at the "spring stop". Once it's in that position, bolt it down with the spring retainer.
