got anymore pics of this? im going to be doing the same thing in my xj but trying to adapt them to my rubicon express crossmember, hopefully i can, might have to cut off the pass side wedge and move it over or wrist the arms outward

anyone know where the reverse switch on a 90xj 5 speed would be? need to replace it or get the switch working so that we can wire up my backup lights properly instead of a switch, never had reverse lights to begin with when i bought my xj so i dont know where it would be, is it just a fuse...
just wondering if steering boxes on xjs are all interchangeable?? i did a search and didnt come up with any solid answers,
i have a 90xj with a 4.0L,
a 85 with a 2.8L
a 87 with a 2.5L I4
can i use either of the steering boxes off the other jeeps on my 90? will they fit (same bolt pattern...
clayton or rubicon express, im running the rubicon express 7.5" long arm kit and i love it, lots of flex but still very stable, i agree that 8" is too much lift for a xj, friend of mine did the bds 8" lift with 2" acos and a block in the back running 38`s and its incredebly unstable and scarey...
when you welded the perches on did you center the axle to the perches or center the diff to the perches, cause the one side of the 8.8 is shorter, if you centered the differential between the perches then your gonna need a wheel spacer or your tire is going to hit your leaf pack,

check your wheel cylinders they may be shot, even though you keep bleeding the system they arnt working properly, also check to make sure that they are fully adjusted, did you replace the brakes when you put the 8.8 in?
try to keep a old one, and then put the new leafs in and set them on the axle, then see if the old ones are long enough, if not then add a few inches. done,
