    I think I found the problem. Drove into town again and the check engine light came on for a P0500(VSS sensor fault). I will go to the pick n pull tomorrow to confirm.

    I am hoping to have 1 hole that is damn near hidden. I wonder if they make those compression fittings that would fit all of the wires. I will have to check that out. That defender product is cool but I would like to keep it as hidden as possible.

    I have never seen this mod before and I like the idea alot. My question is about being tall. I had to do the mirror flip so that my mirror wasnt sitting in the middle of my line of sight. Were you able to move the location of the mirror to keep it up and out of the way?

    OK. I will take a look. Ithink ONLY happens if I am doing 65 kmph or more down a steep hill and put it in second to use the engine as a brake.

    Got around to doing it. Engine off Key on Orange wire gives me 5.11 volts Engine off key on green/brown gives me 4.25 volts Engine on orange gives me 5.1 volts Engine on green/brown gives me 1.38 volts and jumps up when the throttle is bliped

    When I am driving down a hill and I down shift in my 98 with AW4, if the RPMS get high enough I get a P0107 code saying the map sensor is failing. Goes away after a few key cycles.replaced the map with 2 others but it still happens.
