Mine's a custom downpipe and sits about an inch or two from the trans pan. I considered putting some heat reflective material on the pan but figured since its record cold temps here right now that it would be good to heat the oil. I may do it when the weather gets better tho.

I got the Clifford 6 into 2 and then had a custom downpipe 2 into 1 made up with a flex section. Sounds good and feels strong.

So can I put heated mirrors on an XJ ('98 Classic) that didn't come with them and they will work? Or is the harness different?

Thanks - its been a long road and its still not locked and re-geared - saving up the pennies. The Jeep's mostly for the dog (covered in hair) and snowboarding trips.

By the way ^^^ that's Golden Nugget - Nuggy for short. Always wants to go for ride and always secured with bungees and his vest harness.
