try a marine boat tank? saw some aluminum ones at the store yesterday, made out of 1/8" aluminum, holds 24 gallons, and was 299 dollars, has an send, a return, and a fuel gauge send, if you got something going into your jeep that punctures the floor, and then the 1/8" aluminum, i think you've...

XXXX building a box man, just strap that bitch down and wheel it, run the hose outside, and come up with a solution later, a fuel spill is highly unlikely, and even less likely with the cell inside. i dont understand why people are afraid of this, expecially in a vehicle with your intended...

i was talking about the dodge cross member, it was behind the rear output on that x-fer case. i know you changed the front driveshaft. they had it completly behind the x-fercase, just below where the U joint is for the rear, giving you all kinds of space, but it would require you to tap/thread...

well, you cant get a tank from a vehicle that isn't that high, but with your fab skills, i suppose you could make your own, and use an e350 fuel pump, or some other truck with a 5.4 triton fuel pump, which is external, and found on the frame rail of most 250-350's with the 5.4 i love my ZJ...

i think you should gusset too, maybe put your 3x3 over the existing in between, and bolt that through, and weld it, then gusset your boxes to the 3x3. the cross member cant be hacked away on that side and reinforced underneath? the way it was on the dodge truck was futher back, like the...

those shackles angles are going to be damn near perfect, mine sat like that at full droop, and are at 45degrees or so sitting with wieght, i suspect yours will do the same. cage looks great, i like how you put the plate to the roof from the cage to reinforce it, and that should keep your body...

the shims are real small, they aren't like blocks or anything, i cant see them causing any axle wrap issues, please tell us whitney, sup with the shims? his axle has cast in leaf spring mounts, so he cant just rotate the axle and weld the mounts in place where they need to be, if thats what...
