id go with plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter, and a partridge in a pear tree

all the slack comes from the upper portion, its just a matter of moving that slack through the buckle itself. Are they tangled up or twisted at all?

the jeepin article was the best one I found. his way of removing it is the best. hit it with some PB blaster for a few days before to help loosen it up too.

I had the exact symptoms in mine a few weeks ago. I pulled and cleaned the NSS and all is well now. I would try that first.

They are fine as long as they are not neon colors.

what locker do you have? If its a lunchbox locker, just throw it in the 29spline case. If its a full case locker, you are SOL short of using the 27spline shafts.

The design looks fine, but your welds don't appear to have the best penetration.
