    i used to run a set of 33s on my jeep, they had very good traction on rocks, but i did manage to slice a sidewall. overall they were a good dd/off-road tire.

    theres a few reasons i dont care about body damage- -its not my daily driver any more -there not alot of body left to damage -its much more fun not worrying about the body on hard trails -i can let anyone drive it and not worry about them denting it up -it doesnt have a strait panel on it...

    a friend of mine has a 79 ford 60 front and he has 15x10s with 2" bs so surely they would fit over mine. can you get 15x8s with 2" bs?

    weld it, ive been beating on my 8.8 for about 8 months or so on 33s and 35s and havent had a problem. i would weld it before i went mini spool. with the carrier being the weak spot, and normaly breaking by the cross pin. when u weld the spiders to the carrier it distributes the load more evenly...
