Hi glumone. John's coming to look at the car tomorrow. If he passes on it, would you like to come check it out on Wednesday? I'll send you a PM with my email and cell.
The floors only had surface rust when i replaced the carpet, which I wire brushed, then sprayed over with a basic rustoleum enamel coat.
I'll see what I can do about the pics, but resizing that many is kind of a pain in the arse. I'll see if I can direct link them so that the browser...

Well, that's the joy of search. I was hoping to find an answer other than that one, but based on previous discussions here there doesn't seem to be one. I answered anyway to help others looking for the same thing.
You won't like the answer, cuz the price is outrageous: http://www.mopar-accessories.com/en-us/Jeep/2009/Commander/partlist.aspx?DivisionId=1&VehicleId=28&Year=2009&CategoryId=1005&SubGroupId=8001&GroupId=2060
The lower connection points of the seat belts on my heep are actually crossbars (pictured top and lower left: http://www.jbarthelt.com/imagebrowser/index.aspx?page=/ImageBrowser/ImageBrowser/WebImage.ascx&path=/pics/Toys/Heep/DSCF0060.JPG ), and not a fixed point like the OEM replacement belts I...
