definitely a vacuum leak. check the map vacuum line on the throttle body? IAC working properly? hose to the brake booster? fuel pressure regulator? CCV system?

check your valve stem. or have the tire taken off and clean the rim and tire lip. see if that helps.

nothing has to be welded in. i mean, you could, but then when the driveshaft rotates you will start breaking stuff. its like welding your ujoints to the ujoint caps...

check the tracking number. if ups says "could not locate package" that means it hasnt left the vendor yet. if it says "delivered" and you dont have it... time to call ups to file a claim. but of course, i work in shipping so i know all of this. as long as i get an email with a tracking number...
