After looking at JCR's website, I imagine they can modify the bumper when they build it to accomodate folded rear quarters since they do custom work. The wait may be a bit longer but getting what you want is worth it.

I'm running 31s with 3.5 inches of lift on a RE kit. It is actually closer to 4.5 inches. I had some vibes when starting and then I installed a 1in T-case drop and havn't had any vibe problems since. Next project is a SYE so I can get the transfer case back up to stock position.

What tires are you running, if you have off-road type that are low on tread life, they will add to the vibration and squeeks. Use sticky-back felt on places where the dash contacts mounting points (have to disassemble) this will help. Lastly, it is a jeep...if it's not squeeking and leaking...
