For sure, but the point of my post is they need to be adjusted to compensate for a lift. Most people I see on the road with a lift just throw them in they are pointing too high blinding other drivers.
Just a friendly reminder for everyone with lifted jeep XJs who install LED headlights and drive on public streets. I added a 3.5” lift to my XJ and installed LEDs. For the safety of other drivers I then adjusted the headlight position 3.5 inches down to compensate for the lift.

A suggestion so the truck is drivable until you determine the main problem:
1. hookup your electric fan to a relay and rocker switch for manual on/off
2. turn on your electric fan after you start your engine to help cool the xj well before it gets too hot
Got it done. I'm new to wiring lights like this and wasn't aware exactly how they worked until you told me it is for grounding. Works perfectly based on the diagram and wiring the positive leads directly.

The switch is a standard 3-way with 8 terminals and the light model is in the article. If you have worked on RV lighting you will be familiar with them.
