A suggestion so the truck is drivable until you determine the main problem: 1. hookup your electric fan to a relay and rocker switch for manual on/off 2. turn on your electric fan after you start your engine to help cool the xj well before it gets too hot

Got it done. I'm new to wiring lights like this and wasn't aware exactly how they worked until you told me it is for grounding. Works perfectly based on the diagram and wiring the positive leads directly.

So i bought an RV light after reading about another XJ user using it as a rear dome light. It has two separate LED light boards controlled with a 3-way switch. I need to rewire the 3-way switch. i want: “Off” = all lights always off position 1 = led 1 comes on when door/hatch is opened...

I just installed a TUPY head in my 2000 and temps have dropped 10 degrees. Did you install a 180 or 195 thermostat? Also, the viper coil conversion allows you to run any year cylinder head without worrying about the 00-01 coil rail.
