Well personally I currently having 4.88s installed in my 44/9 and DD on 33s but wheel with 35s. I personally believe it will be perfect for me. Let me put quotes on that "FOR ME" its your truck its your money all anyone else can do is let you know their opinion.

Im in a slow process of a d44/9 build. And have a set of rollers that are 36x14.5r15 but i measured it today and it seems i will be sitting about 8-10" outside of the fender on both sides.

Have you considered a d44/9 combo they pretty common around here got both for 240 about a month ago. Will def be strong enough and if you ever went bigger you would be happy
