    need help ASAP 98 jeep won't start - starter just clicks, ok here goes - I try and start the TJ today no luck - put the key in and go to turn it over nada just rapid clicking - I t figure the starter is goofed up - I replace it - same thing - starter relay swapped - same thing... any guru's...

    2 questions - drive shaft & linkage

    yes cracked bellhousing as well... my next question is: 1) the drive shafts seem to be under tension when trying to remove them (front & rear) is this normal? 2) where do I pry from - if I do? The U-Joint side?

    ok I have 2 questions and I am a r_tard obviously as I am totally confused from the Chiltons manual 1) are these the bolts I remove to disconnect the drive shafts? 2) how do I disconnect these linkages so I can remove the tranny.

    I was looking at a 99 swap too... here is some information from fargoXJ from Edmonton Jeep Club... hope this helps. I found this posted about using the 99+ intake on an earlier motor. The section for you would be the injector harness modification to fit the newer injectors...

    ok I have a question for the Guru's as I am in a quandary: I have a 96 4.0l automatic transmission (floor mounted shift)- bell housing is cracked need a new one... what yrs are compatable - direct bolt pattern/up?
