Bingo, fellas. Wrong pump impeller orientation. The Napa part # stated it was for V-belt. I bought the serpentine model and all is well. Even though my rig is v-belt. Odd. That wasted several hours of my life, and some hair that I need to keep ;) Thanks.

After some quick measurements, I found that: *Spring perches are spaced 1" wider overall on the WJ 30 (1/2" per side) *CA mounts look nearly identical *JK wheels fit perfect, but would need a small spacer to run a tie rod flip kit. *Stock WJ drag link is about 40". It would need to be apx 36.5"...

The buckets sit higher, apx 2.5" it appears. But just by looking at them side by side, the width spacing of the rest looks very close. Need to do some more measuring tomorrow.
