i can't see how the location of the tailpipe matters as long as it passes emissions and state inspection. I grew up in pa, and I know my old ranger had the tailpipe exiting off to the side behind the rear tire. I hear your with the rust belt. I used to spray my hanger and tailpipe with rustolium...

I put it up on jack stands and I can move the tires from side to side. It has a new drag link and new TRE's. I can see the pitman arm move when I move the tires. How much play should there be.

It might be easier, but not free. I'm cheap and the wrangler is in the backyard. LOL

That sounds like a plan. It will be at least a week or two until I get the time to remove the steering box from the wrangler. I just ordered a drop pitman to throw on while I'm at it.

So, nothing on the TJ swap? Looks like I'm gonna go with the YJ box. Should I use the spacer from the YJ and drill the 4th hole, or use the one from JCR and only use the 3 bolts?

I remember seeing the 4 hole spacer a few years ago, but I don't think they make it anymore.
