I'm not sure if this will help in your situation, but I replaced the factory pins with ones that I could remove by hand. Now I can quickly disassemble my 60" high lift to make it fit in the Jeep with no problem.

Measure your 32s on the Jeep to find the actual height of your tires.

If you overfill the diff this will happen. Mine did that all the time until I filled the diff to the correct level.

I'm on Optima battery #3 and it will probably be the last Optima battery that I buy if it lasts for less than two years like the others have. We will see...

Could it be that your Jeep or your new axle wasn't level during the install??

No pics to show, but I grabbed some ZJ power leather seats from the JY. We cut off the old front mounting brackets, welded on new ones, bolted them to the floor, and ran power to them. They work great!
