I just looked through this thread and i saw no one from sweden here.

Awesome, I'm glad you posted. One thing I like about Sweden is that passenger cars and taxis and even luxury sedans use 3 lights on the front bumpers like you have. Here in North America, aftermarket lighting is mostly on trucks and Jeeps. How does your Cherokee do during the long dark cold winters? I almost moved to Sweden in the beginning of the year and it was going to be very expensive to have the XJ in Stockholm!

I dont use my cherokee during the winters it just sits still in my yard and waits for springtime. Those bfg allterrain is completley useless in the wintertime and i dont have ABS in it, so I use my grand cherokee during the winters.
When i drive at night those lights are maybe a little to good. I can see about 800-1000meters infront of me if the weather is good at night.
I am going to convert them to xenon lights soon so i will bee able to see even further away (maybee 1500meters)

I have never thought of that swedish cars have 3 lights on the front but now that you have mentioned it i think your right. All cars from denmark and germany always seem to have 2.
Here we dont have any law against how many light you can mount on the front of the jeep/car like i understand some states in the usa have and ours dont have to have a cover on them when they are not used.
If you want 5,10 or 20 lights on the vehicle thats ok aslong as they dont block the view from the driversseat and the licenseplate.

Yeah its expensive to have a jeep in stockholm but if you live out on the country its cheap. Another thing to consider is the gasprices here right now 1liter costs 15kr= $2, 1 liter diesel costs 14kr=$1,90 and are still going up...

Hey guys,

here are some recent pics of my XJs! The red 99' is my travel and explore rig and the blue 94' is my play-around and have-fun-vehicle.
DD is depending on which one i am not working on at the moment.

The green one on the left of the first picture is a friends rig btw.

I'm from Munich, Germany and ever since i was a child i travelled to the USA so America feels kind of like a second home for me....maybe this is where the XJ-addiction comes from. :)
