June 15th - AF Canyon Run

Never been up AF. When do you suppose we would finish? Is this an all day trip, or a few hours? I know someone could always turn back early, but what is the group expecting? I've got some things that need attention tomorrow and I'm trying to plan out what I can get done. Thanks

It's a good place to go if you need to leave early because you can always break off from the group and head back.

There are a few choices on time and how you go out. A lot of times I like going over the top and come out in Heber but you can just head back out the bottom of the canyon too.

I would imagine it will take up 75% of the day.
I am not too familiar with the trail system in the canyon though. I am sure someone else will chime in.

Do you have a CB? We could start yelling as we get close and just have you do a flying catch up to meet us.

NO!!! ARGGGG!!! Im pissed I dont have one. One of the many things that I need on my XJ. I know it would make the whole trail ride a better experience. I appreciate you pulling off though. You dont have to stop at all. Just pull through the lot and I will jump on the caravan.

Does anyone know which trail we are running yet? Just curious.

It's not a place I get often but I've been there enough to show everyone around. If nobody else wants to I could point the way.
