Depends on your definition of OEM...? I guess inexpensive Chinese made parts for a Chinese made car would be considered OEM parts. But as for pricing, yeah, $873 for a full conversion, minus tail lights and body panels is not a bad price at all. I just don't understand why everything has to ship separately...? I asked him about it, but he said that's how he has to do it. You're better off taking a vacation to China for two weeks and then bringing it back with ya.

To avoid duties and taxes a lot of those guys ship everything as "gifts." A package that big would probably be inspected and confiscated - that's my bet anyways.

I think im going to sell my parts too.. I decided that its not worth the money to do it (although it would look cool as hell). Plus if you hit something busting the Header panel, or a headlight your SOL on getting a replacement part asap.

So how many people actually pulled the trigger ? it looked like the tread was at least 18 months old and i only saw 2 or 3 people get parts. i have found a few parts on ebay , the shipping is the killer . has anybody though of importing a front clip? the import guys do it all the time . i ordered some subaru stuff that way some years ago. ow well its a thought . (i want a diesel)
