THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Go get my MJ inspected then.

Streetable and inspected are two different things. I never had my XJ inspected on the one-tons and I put almost 3k street miles on it before it was too haggard by my standards.

But yeah, liability won't cover you offroad anyway. You'd get laughed out of a policy if you tried to file a claim based on anything that happened in the woods, especially if they send an adjuster out to look at what they're actually insuring.

I'll have the new rig insured for liability also, but only to cover driving it on the street.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Well let's put it this way, I have no idea if the thing is "streetable". Sure I would definitely try it if I didn't think I would get pulled over immediately. I really don't want to deal with that.

But I don't think there's a need to have it registered/insured if there's no way I'm going to be able to drive it on the road anyway.

Nothing like a little bit of positive reinforcement to strengthen one's attitude. :)

Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich - mayo + bacon = amazing
